Senior Fitness
Senior fitness classes are offered free to the community at the Pilot Point Community Center every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A wonderful group of local seniors actively move and stretch together. There is fellowship, balance, coordination and commitment to staying active and happy.

Community Health
Our group class allows the community seniors to come together for a shared experience of movement and accomplishment. Classes focus on building balance, coordination and overall strength.
Independence & Cognitive Health
Exercise supports senior independence and cognitive function by improving physical strength, balance, and mobility, which reduces the risk of falls and helps maintain the ability to perform daily activities.
Private or Semi-Private Senior Fitness
