I first took my CrossFit Level 1 certification course in 2009 while on active duty in the Marine Corps. Having already led group fitness (physical training) in the Marine Corps for several years, my unit sent me to a fun little up-and-coming CrossFit level 1 course. My level 1 certification really drew me to a new style of fitness beyond marathons and bodybuilding. In 2017, I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, leading me to multiple experiences of personal training in traditional gyms and more specialized training facilities. Not long after graduation, I decided I wanted to add body and muscle recovery work to my resume. In 2018, I finished massage therapy school, becoming a licensed massage therapist, and opened my own massage therapy practice, Corrective Touch Wellness and Recovery, PLLC. With a passion to connect fitness and body work, I began coaching at a local CrossFit gym while growing my massage practice. After long talks about our future and our dreams, my husband and I finally decided to take the leap and open our own gym with a vision to create a place where people from all backgrounds and fitness experiences can join a community committed to improving their health and quality of life. Since Sept 2021 we have had the joy of watching our dreams come to fruition!

My name is Jordan Harr. I am a Level 2 CrossFit coach, a certified Level 1 Olympic Lifting Coach through USAW and am working on my Sports Nutrition Certification. I have been involved in sports most of my life. I played every sport that was available to me however, football was my passion. I was awarded a scholarship to Harding University where I played outside linebacker. After football I focused on work and didn’t take care of my physical body. I let my body go gaining a lot of weight and ended up being a very unhealthy 320lbs. I tried different exercises to gain control of my health but I could never stay consistent. I found CrossFit in 2011 and after a lot of apprehension and encouragement from a friend I tried my first class. I was hooked!! I finally found something that not only connected me to health and fitness but also a community of people that were the life support I needed to continue. In 2016 I had the opportunity to get my Level 1 certification and begin coaching classes. This passion to help others has continued and dreams of owning my own gym began. With the help and support of my amazing wife, Hallie Crawford, we started Kainos Community CrossFit in 2021. I am now the head coach of my own gym and getting to be a part of others’ health and fitness journey has been so rewarding and truly a dream come true.

Coach - Pilates, CrossFit

Hi, my name is Caitlyn. I have been a CrossFit coach since October 2022. I have been in the fitness industry since 2017. I got my certification through the PTA Global. I have been a Personal Trainer at 24 hour fitness and NAS Lemoore gym. I started my love of fitness after I got out of the Army in 2012. When I had gotten out I was having a hard time finding my place outside of the military world. That is when I got into MMA. I trained at BIG John McCarthy’s gym, I focused on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and Kickboxing. After that I decided to get into powerlifting and Pilates. I fell in love with Pilates after that! After getting my Personal Training certification in 2017, I decided to join my first CrossFit gym and the rest was history! I had felt like I had found my place in the fitness world! Now I am a CrossFit coach and a Pilates instructor at Kainos Community CrossFit!

Coach - Yoga

Hello, my name is Ashton Sprabary. I’m a proud wife and mother of 3 beautiful & free spirited boys. I’m a RYT-250 hour certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and have been studying my practices for 4 years. I love teaching high energy and bubble flows along with restorative/ relaxing classes that end with sound therapy for extra comfort and release. In other words, I love all styles of yoga! I believe that these forms of holistic healing offer so much for everyone. Yoga has always been a passion of mine, and since my journey began, I have continued to learn how to help others ease your stress, anxiety & benefit sleep while honoring the mind, body & spirit.
